Oscars Retreat is a 2-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with native trees and shrubs located in a very quiet residential area.

Location
Kingston is the gateway to the Huon Valley and Oscars Retreat is conveniently located within 5-minute drive of Kingston Beach; Kingston Golf Course; Playgrounds; and Channel Court Shopping Centre. The property is within a 20-minute walking distance to Kingston’s main shopping hub and main bus stop where you can catch a bus to the Hobart CBD if you want to save on hire car fees.

Living Area
Relax on the sofas and enjoy Netflix movies on demand. Feeling a bit chilly or hot? Turn on the wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner for your heating or cooling needs. Cover your knees in the winter with a woollen blanket while you snuggle on the lounge with your favourite drinks and snacks after a big day. Single bed with comfortable mattress for guest number four.

Convenient workspace with a desk, ergonomic chair, lamp, mobile phone and tablet stands and a desktop power cube with USB ports for charging your smart devices and fast unlimited internet.

Prepare your coffee using the Citiz Capsule Coffee Machine or enjoy a variety of teas for the tea connoisseurs. Full-size stove and oven to prepare your culinary delights with a variety of pots, pans, baking trays and toasted sandwich maker. Complimentary use of cooking oils, salt/pepper, serviettes, tooth picks, cling wrap, foil, paper towels, and bin bags also included for your convenience. Equipped with a 8kg Fisher and Paykel front load washing machine and laundry powder. Clothes airer and Ironing equipment is also available in the property.

House Rules
For your enjoyment and future guests to the property, please observe the following throughout your stay.
1. Smoking is only permitted outside.
2. For insurance reasons, only paying guests are permitted to stay overnight.
3. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am
4. Visitors to the property by prior approval for insurance reasons.
5. Cleaning fees are not charged. Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided for guests use throughout your stay.
6. No food or drink in, or around, the massage chair.
7. Wash white towels etc separately to coloured items to avoid staining.
8. Rubbish collection is every Thursday morning for the red lid bin and bi-weekly for the yellow lid bin. If your stay lands on rubbish collection day(s), please place the applicable bin(s) at the end of the driveway at least 50cm apart.
