When we first bought our loft in downtown Barrie, it was a run-down space that had seen better days. But we saw the potential in the property, and we were determined to turn it into something beautiful. We decided to gut the entire space and start from scratch. The first step was to create a design plan that would make the most of the loft's unique features, such as the high ceilings and large windows. We worked with an experienced contractor to ensure that our vision could become a reality. After months of hard work, we finally had a space that we were proud of. The loft is located in the heart of downtown Barrie, just steps away from award-winning restaurants and shopping. Guests can easily walk to the beautiful Lake Simcoe, which is just a few blocks away. We wanted to create a space that was both comfortable and luxurious, so we invested in premium bedding and brand-name appliances, including a stove, full-size fridge, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. We also added a rainfall shower to the bathroom to create a spa-like experience for our guests. The loft has been newly renovated with modern touches, including gold fixtures that add a touch of luxury to the space. Guests can relax in front of the 55” smart TV, which comes with Netflix, and enjoy high-speed wifi throughout the entire space. One of the best things about our loft is that it is the closest rental property to the downtown core. Guests can easily walk to all of the best restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area.
