The space of this 1BR apartment is minimalist and has modern furniture and fixtures. The decorative details provide high-quality materials and the finishing present throughout the place makes the place more modern and modern.
Relax and entertain in the living area with a comfy bright yellow couch sofa bed (sleep 1) and a flat-screen smart TV enhanced with high-speed Wi-fi all throughout the place, touched with its neutral color motif that gives the perfect ambiance vibe. It has a working space in the corner perfectly matched with the leatherette working chair for your running errands or simply turned into a space for your guests who will visit you during the stay.
A round 4-seater dining area paired with a glass-top adjacent to the open-designed kitchen that is fully equipped with all the appliances, cooking sets, dishware with a range hood stove where you can prepare a sumptuous meal for the family or visitors! Not to mention the big fridge in black-sleek color that highlighted the space.
A modern contemporary bedroom with earth-toned accents and cozy pillows, a fitted and comfortable king-sized bed mattress with a bit of bling aesthetic and gold-touched accents that boost the bedroom’s appeal. A full-ceiling glass window with access to its pool and neighbourhood view.
The en-suite bathroom has soft fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion to ensure you'll have a great stay!

The Neighborhood:
Executive Residence is a high-end community that runs along the length of Dubai Hills Estate – a new, master development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, best described as a "city within the city".
Upon completion, Dubai Hills will comprise thousands of apartments and villas, huge shopping center, office spaces, hotels, schools, dedicated tracks for cycling and jogging, and an 18-hole professional golf course.
Residents and alike will gain easy access to the Mall of the World, announced to be the largest in the world, and to the largest family entertainment complex in the region being built in conjunction with Universal Studios Hollywood.

Getting Around:
A covered private parking is available and it would be highly preferable if you have your own ride. Nonetheless, Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
Situated between the two major thoroughfares of Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and next to Al Barsha area and opposite Al Quoz. Mall of Emirates Metro Station is the closest as of now, but two metro lines are planned to open near the district soon.
Quick drive to the following areas:
Mall of the Emirates - 12 minutes
Downtown Dubai - 17 minutes
Jebel Ali - 21 minutes
Dubai International Airport - 21 minutes
Palm Jumeirah - 36 minutes
Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
A free shuttle bus service from within Dubai Hills Estate to Dubai Hills Mall is available. The shuttle bus can be identified by the sign ‘Dubai Hills Mall Shuttle Bus Service’.
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
