Maple Mountain Bliss lives up to it's name in fullness and provides a fresh and modern space to host your next family vacation or getaway with friends in the mountains at Big Bear. Boasting two levels you will find all that you need to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable trip to the alpine together any time of the year. Sitting within a modern and quiet Bear City hilltop neighborhood you can enjoy serenity and seclusion yet are only ten minutes by car to local activities including lake activities and the ski resorts.

Enter your open floor plan main level where you are immediately greeted with freshly painted walls, colossal vaulted ceilings, and tons of big open windows that offer the perfect balance of natural lighting and views. Leather furnishings are sat perfectly in front of the toasty faux log gas fireplace where you can warm your toes and pop on your favorite movie on the mounted flat screen Streaming TV. Dual dining tables pair up to ensure there is plenty of space for large group meals and holiday feasts right here at the cabin while the gourmet kitchen has all that your chef could need right on hand. Oak cabinets are stocked with cookware and utensils while stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher is available to ensure your cleanup is a breeze. A half bath and convenient laundry room are on hand here on the entry level, perfect for those wet snow clothes or extended visits to the mountains year round.

Head upstairs where you will find three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open loft landing area for your group when you are ready to enjoy a great night of rest. The primary suite offers big open windows, a Streaming TV, and it's own private bath with a jetted spa tub where you can soak your muscles after a fun day on the mountain. Each of your rooms are made up for your group's arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your vacation stay. Venture outside to enjoy the sun deck and patio area with a propane BBQ available to grill up your freshly caught dinner from the lake and a relaxing property that includes views of the valley below your hillside neighborhood. Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.

Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers.

There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes.

No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control.

Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests.

Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
