This charming 2-bedroom cottage is perfectly located in the heart of the Tomakin, Mossy Point, and Broulee area, giving you plenty of options to enjoy both ocean and river activities. The light-filled, open-plan living space, with its modern retro style, is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen-sized beds, creating a restful retreat. The peaceful vibe continues into the bathroom, which features a full-size bath for ultimate relaxation.

Outside, the spacious back deck offers plenty of room for an afternoon BBQ or to gather around the fire pit during the cooler months.

Please note, this property does not have a TV, but offers WiFi, allowing you to bring your own devices if you wish. The sunlit, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the open-plan living and dining areas, creating a welcoming space for all.
