It is a very Nice Private room with private bathroom in a Beautiful New House, Near YVR Airport and Everything!

The room is in a 2-level large house with fast wifi internet and close to everything! Very comfortable living!

It is a private bedroom with an in-suite private bathroom, 1 queen bed, desk, chair, window, large closet, spacious!

The room is located on either the ground floor or 2nd floor. The room will be arranged either on the ground floor or 2nd floor as per availability for the check in date.

The common shared spaces: living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry. The guest will share the large house with a few other tenants. All the people living in the house are nice, quiet, and like to keep the house clean.
