The Space:
The living room is an elegant space perfect for you and as you entertain your own guests. Furnished with a comfy sofa-bed and the cable TV is right across for you to be relaxed after a long day.

The dining table sits four and is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. Easily serve and enjoy your favorite meal, whether it's home-cooked or take-out ones. The kitchen is fully-equipped with the necessary appliances if you'd like to practice your cooking skills.

The first bedroom connects to a balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of the serene neighborhood from sunrise to sunset.

Each of the bedrooms is furnished with large queen-sized beds and equipped with fresh hotel-quality linens and mattresses to give you the best sleep. Each has ensuite bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub.

White fluffy towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool, gym and parking is also available upon request.

The Neighborhood:
Built amidst Dubai Production City, Jumeirah Village Circle, The Springs and Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is located between Emirates Road and Al Khail Road in Dubai.

Reflecting modern architecture, this residential development is complemented with premium lifestyle amenities to provide a comfortable lifestyle.

Although the community is predominantly sought out for villas and townhouses, it is also home to apartment complexes. There are shops, schools, pharmacies, salons, and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The mid-rise complex Imperial Residence is one of the most notable building in the neighborhood. The apartment offers a complete family lifestyle with a retail area, large pools, community park, 24-hour security, car parking, fitness center, tennis court, and a separate pool for kids. The kid's play area inside the park has sun coverings so kids will be able to enjoy the swings and slides longer. There is also a lovely open gazebo!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai.

As it is a gated community, residents and travelers rely on taxis. The nearest bus stop is about 10 minutes away in the neighboring Dubai Production City & City Centre Me’aisem Mall. Damac Properties is the closest Metro Station roughly 15 minutes away. 

17-20 minutes drive to the entertainment hubs such as Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Palm Jumeirah.
30 minutes from the Dubai International Airport and 15 minutes to the beach or Marina area. 

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
