Stained towels/sheets charge $20 per piece. NO FACE TOWELS. Place the garbage in the bin at the entrance of the property. Trash must be bagged.
If smoke is detected, it will need Ozone cleaning at $550. You may smoke outside the house. If butts are found, there will be a $150 clean-up fee.
