The Space:
The home's first level contains a large bedroom with 2 full beds and 40" flat screen smart tv and a connected bathroom w/hall access. There is a large kitchen with stainless appliances, tons of granite counter top space for prep and dining options for 12 with the included bar stool seating. Also on this level is the spacious living room connected to the kitchen/dining. The 2nd level contains 2 King bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bath, one queen bedroom and a 2 full beds setup in the fourth bedroom.

Guest Access:
The entire home including 2 full width of the house balconies, both overlooking the pool deck and the upper looking out toward the ocean.

The Neighborhood:
It doesn't get better than this in terms of Surfside Beach location. You will be able to be at the beach and yet have an urban like experience, being able to walk many places. The brand new Surfside Beach Pier opening late 2023 is a 1 minute walk away along with several outstanding dining options. For a really fun family bonding experience, rent a deluxe gas powered golf cart from King of Carts in Surfside and they will deliver it and pick it up from the home.

Approx. 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport
