Kick back and relax at this 3 bed/2 bath home featuring a separate den off the living room equipped with yoga mats and meditation space. Our home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials for a relaxing getaway. Other amenities include a privacy-fenced yard, screened porch, washer and dryer, and more! Pets are welcome with a fee. The Space:

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided a unique access code to the digital keypad lock.
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home throughout the duration of their stay!

The Neighborhood:
Walton Way leads from the Medical District close to Downtown Augusta up through historic Summerville, which is the neighborhood that is home to Augusta University and some of the most glorious homes built after the Civil War. If you are interested in architecture. please explore this very intact and well-preserved neighborhood. If you continue up Walton Way, you will come to a commercial and retail district full of restaurants and stores of high quality. And if you leave Walton Way and drive down Highland Avenue, you will discover the shops and cafes of the upscale Surrey Center and soon find yourself at the iconic Augusta National Golf Club, home of course, of the fabled Masters Tournament.

Getting Around:
While the surrounding neighborhood is somewhat walkable, many guests will prefer the convenience of taxis and ride shares should they be without their own form of transportation.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
