-If found partying; an additional $1000 penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy. PARTYING includes: Loud music, disturbing the peace for fellow neighbours.

**(2) NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING/ ROOMS
-If found smoking in the building/rooms, an additional $1000 penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy.

**(3) NO PETS
-If found with PETS in the building/rooms, an additional $550 penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy

These policies ensure that everyone both in the building and around it can enjoy it the same way. We live by the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
