Enjoy a high-end stay in our 4-star estate, a 300m2 haven of peace in the heart of Haut Var in Flassans-sur-Issole on a lush 6,000m2 wooded and green land.

With a capacity of 16 to 18 beds, this renovated property on 2 floors offers a paradisiacal setting surrounded by lush nature and vineyards.

The estate features an Olympic-sized pool of 15 x 6.5 meters, a large petanque court, a gym, a children's garden with swings, trampolines, and ball games, as well as an outdoor play area (foosball and ping-pong).

The house, with a large area, can accommodate up to 18 people and includes 10 rooms, including:

1 living/dining room with an open kitchen, covering an area of ​​90m2,
1 second living room/library,
3 master suites with bathroom and air conditioning,
1 room for 2 to 4 people,
1 room with shower room,
2 additional bedrooms.
The villa is divided into two parts and is ideal for families or groups of friends, ensuring everyone's tranquility and privacy.

You can enjoy a large space of 90m2 which includes a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious living area. A second living room/library of 20m² is at your disposal to enjoy the calm and the view of the outside of the house.

The South wing of the house, on 2 levels, includes:

a first bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm,
a sanitary facility,
a laundry area,
a superb veranda with a double bed, and two single beds,
upstairs, a large master suite (160 cm bed), its office, and its private bathroom.
The North wing of the house, on 3 levels, includes:

a library lounge bathed in light inviting to calm, reading, and relaxation;
a second master suite (160 cm bed) with its private bathroom;
on the first floor, two bedrooms: both offering a 140 cm bed. One of the two bedrooms has a shower room;
on the top floor, the third master suite (160 cm bed) with its office, private bathroom, and private access to a superb terrace leading directly to the pool.
Outside:
The estate has several terraces for your outdoor relaxation and meditation moments. The garden is full of trees and plants, offering a real haven of peace to recharge your batteries.

The estate also has a majestic pool of 100 m2 (15 x 6.5 meters), newly renovated and secured by a removable dome system on rails, allowing you to swim without the vagaries of outdoor weather, a gym facing the pool, a large petanque court, and for the happiness of the little ones, a secured trampoline, a slide, as well as a ping pong table and a foosball table.

This sumptuous residence is the perfect place to relax and enjoy moments of relaxation and pleasure with family or friends, in a luxurious and refined setting.

The property is surrounded by several hiking trails, offering magnificent views of the region. The vineyards and wineries nearby will allow you to discover the wines of Provence as well as their know-how. You will be seduced by its tranquility and privacy without vis-à-vis while being close to the amenities of the region.

Cleaning is subject to a separate fee of €300 (€200 for stays of less than 3 days).

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire estate. Nature and greenery will transport you to the heart of Provence.

Other remarks:

The coffee machine is a L'Or Espresso which works with classic capsules (L'Or or Nespresso).

Wood and charcoal barbecues are not allowed/recommended in the region due to the risk of fire. We have provided a high-quality Weber electric barbecue (Q2400) along with 2 additional electric grills.

The pool is heated by the dome system which, when closed, reflects the sun onto the water and increases the water temperature by about 5 to 6 degrees Celsius.

The dome also secures the pool for children. Once closed, young children cannot enter the pool.

We have equipped the house with 3 baby beds (2 travel cots and 1 wooden baby bed) as well as a baby high chair.
