Spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home close to the beach. Just 6.6km from the Busselton Jetty.

The home features a large open plan kitchen, dining and family room as well as a theatre room and separate activity room. There is an alfresco area with BBQ for outdoor entertaining.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hotplates, coffee machine and dishwasher. The laundry features a washing machine with an outdoor clothesline.

Three bedrooms have queen beds and the four bedroom has two king single beds. Blankets and pillows are provided however guests must provide their own linen and towels. Linen can be hired at an extra cost.

There is a table tennis table in the garage and push bikes which you are free to use during your stay at our home.

The home has ducted evaporative air-conditioning and a gas heater.

There is onsite parking for two cars.

The home is not available for parties or events.
The home is in a quiet neighbourhood.
Guests must adhere to government regulations regarding visitors which states that all visitors to the home must vacate by 10pm. Only registered guests are to be on the property after 10pm.
