A 5 mins walk will take you to the beach. Wainui boasts long stretches of white Sandy beaches with great arguably the best surf spots in the region. The local town is just 5 mins drive away.
Salt Guesthouse is in a private lane looking to hills and gardens. You may see a horse in a paddock beyond or hear cattle on the surrounding hills.
