We do not own or control the complex amenities. *It is solely your responsibility to check the listing often or message with questions before check in. We will not refund in the event of repairs or maintenance on any of the complex amenities or anything outside of the unit itself that requires the closure of said amenities.

➢ Echo Canyon Trailhead Hiking Area – park and trails
➢ Arcadia Park Park with paved trails
➢ Camelback Park City Park – great park with lots of paved trails
➢ Chaparral Park This 100-acre public park has a swimming pool & fishing lake, plus sports courts & a playground.
➢ And there is always the greenbelt, its really nice to walk along the water.

➢ We do not supply any glass cups in our units, and this includes wine glasses. We have plastic available for your use.
➢ Please do not lower the thermostat to lower than 70 as it may freeze the system and stop working.
➢ We do not provide any streaming services or local channels, so you must log into your own.
➢ As a requirement of the complex, please indicate the purpose of your stay, the full name of other guests, along with your car information and plate number. These are requirements prior to providing the check-in instructions.
