Summary:
Welcome to our two bedroom cosy apartment, located just a stones throw away from the city. This stunning property showcases some of Launceston's best views, whilst housing all of the amenities required for a comfortable stay.

Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine on the deck, kick-back and relax inside whilst enjoying the homes beautiful styling and bold artwork, or take a short 5-minute stroll into the Launceston CBD where you will find many shops, eateries, recreational grounds and attractions.

The Space:
As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by a bright, open-living lounge-dining area. The bold artwork featured above the couch will immediately catch your eye, bringing light and colour into the space. The living area features a large coffee table, comfy seating, reading material and a large smart TV for you to watch a movie, or catch up on your favourite TV shows.

Step through to the connected dining space, where you will find a four-seater dining suite. The main feature here, is the floor to ceiling, glass windows that allow the natural light and warmth to pour into the space, whilst boasting some of Launceston's most sought-after views.

Integrated into this space is a well-appointed kitchen. This space features many modern appliances and designs, such as a generous sized matte-black double sink, an oven and stove, a pod coffee machine, a fridge and stunning brass finishings.

Make your way through the lounge area and into the study space where you will find a desk with additional lighting catered to the travelling professionals. The European designed laundry is integrated into this space via the doors on the opposing wall. Behind these doors you will find a washing machine and dryer, along with other appliances and furniture to cater to all of your laundry needs.

This area flows into the home’s main hallway. As you make your way into this space, please be mindful of the step that joins the two rooms. Leading off the hallway is a dedicated space for the littlest members of your family to enjoy. Thoughtfully designed, this cosy space incorporates fun toys and lovely reading material to keep your little ones occupied for hours.

Continue through the hallway, where you will find the modern, main bathroom. This room features a single, walk-in shower and a vanity with ample storage space to keep all of your belongings.

At the end of the hallway, lies one of the apartments bedrooms. Featuring a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and additional heating/cooling options including blankets.

Adjacent to this, you'll find the main bedroom which also features a double bed. Stepping into this room feels like stepping into your own sun-filled oasis. The room is filled with light and warmth, with the glass doors allowing you to gaze out at the horizon and enjoy the impressive views, all from the comforts of your bed. Within, you'll find a full-length mirror, reading material, a single sofa chair, built-in storage space and additional heating and cooling options.

The outdoors is just a step away. Open the doors to the outdoor balcony and let the fresh Tasmanian air, sunlight and spectacular views engage all your senses. Pass the time away on the two-seater outdoor setting, whilst overlooking the beautiful Launceston region. For your convenience, this outdoor space can additionally be accessed via the door that leads into the dining area.

Guests have access to the entire apartment at any time via a secure lockbox.

The Neighborhood:
Launceston is a beautiful city blending both city and country charms, with heritage streetscapes, a slice of urban wilderness and gourmet food and drink available at every turn. We aren’t just biassed, many agree, with Launceston named Australia’s best town to visit in 2022!

Nestled amongst these iconic buildings, you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces.

Launceston has many things to see and do including the vibrant Harvest Market every Saturday morning, the Princess Theatre, hosting local, interstate, and international performances, the Star Theatre for a cosy, cinematic experience, and many pubs and venues that host amazing live, musical talents.

Often referred to as the 'Lygon’ Street of Launceston, you will find some of Launceston’s most popular eateries and amenities on the illustrious Charles Street. George St is also known as ‘Eat Street’ with a range of restaurants, bars, gin houses and cafes to cater for most tastes.

The Cataract Gorge is a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

The City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys. Nearby, you will find Penny Royal World. This attraction provides you and the family with a fabulous day out, with boat rides, rock climbing, rope courses, and more found here. For the adults, Penny Royal also provides a beautiful atmosphere where you can enjoy a wine or coffee.

An additional area to note is the Seaport Precinct. Here you will find some of Launceston’s most beloved restaurants and bars scattered along the edges of the Tamar River. Restaurants to note are Mud Restaurant and Bar, the Levee Food Co. and Spice. Across the bridge you will find the Riverbend Park for all day play entertainment, the Boathouse Café and Silo Hotel.

Getting Around:
To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. It is easy to spot – painted with the black and brown stripes of a Tasmanian Tiger! For timetables and routes, please see the Metro Tasmania Website (Free Tiger Bus).

ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

BIKE RENTAL: Roll Cycles at 112 Cimitiere St offer bike rentals with options to suit most riders. Whether you are taking a leisurely stroll around town or taking on our world-famous mountain bike trails, Roll Cycles have you covered.

UBER: Uber is a popular form of transport used by many locals and tourists. To use, simply download the ‘Uber’ app on your phone and book a ride to your destination.

TAXI: Local taxi service can be found on the internet.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE: The airport shuttle service can be found on the internet.

Other Things to Note:
There is on-street parking spaces. These are free and range between 1 to 3-hour time restrictions, from Monday to Friday, within business hours. There are no time restrictions outside of these hours meaning that you can park here for as long as you like.

Please be mindful that there is an internal step leading from the study space into the hallway.

Please mind your step when entering the property, the path is uneven in some areas.

As the unit is part of a complex, there may be potential for noise at times.
