Abundant natural light floods the room, creating a serene ambiance. The ensuite bathroom is designed for convenience and style. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
Let's explore the other two bedrooms located on the second floor. Both bedrooms offer king-size beds, premium quality linen and bedding, ample storage space, and wall-mounted Smart TVs. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the convenience of the provided crib and pack-n-play. Rest assured, everyone will have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Zen City Cottage!
The two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is stocked with clean, fresh towels.

BASEMENT & LAUNDRY ROOM -
Let's explore the possibilities of the partially finished basement. It's a versatile space where the family can come together for various activities. With a shared sleeping space featuring a trundler (two twin beds) and a lounge area for the whole family to gather, watch TV, and play games. The unfinished part of the basement houses a washer and dryer duo, thoughtfully stocked with laundry detergent. Fresh clothes are a must during any stay; we've got you covered.

Tower Grove East (TGE), nestled in the heart of south St. Louis City, exudes vibrancy and character. Let's explore this neighborhood, where history intertwines with community and where architectural gems and lush flora create a captivating tapestry.

Tower Grove Park fosters a Farmer's Market, Saturday morning yoga, Food Truck Fridays, and many other festivals. Less than two miles from THE GROVE, close to many award-winning restaurants and bars. The rest of St. Louis is less than 5 miles from the St. Louis Zoo, Forest Park, the St. Louis Art Museum, Downtown, and The Arch. Access to major freeways is convenient for taking in a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium, visiting the arch and riverfront, stopping by beautiful Soulard, or touring the Anheuser-Busch brewery for free samples!

Tower Grove East is situated to the east of Tower Grove Park.

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

NIGHTLY PRICING
We aim to provide each guest with a beautiful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

The ABODEbucks team has completed the "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. ✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
