Welcome to The Tides!! Newly renovated & styled property located only 5 minutes drive to the world renowned Freycinet National Park. The Tides is positioned in the most perfect location with all day sun and stunning views of the Hazard Mountains and waters of Coles Bay. Within only a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous Richardsons beach, local shops, café’s and other magnificent coastline walks, The Tides will certainly impress for those romantic nights or family getaways.

Upon entering the property you are greeted with a huge sun-drenched deck that enjoys all day sun and views of the hazard mountains and Great Oyster Bay. As you enter the lounge room you will see the large open plan living dining area that has been renovated with no expense spared in regards to detail, style and comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those romantic evenings so you can impress your family and friends with the regions famous local produce and wines. The spacious open-plan kitchen/living room is drenched in all day sun and has a large, well-stocked kitchen to cater for keen cooks. Appliances include a Nespresso machine, pizza cooker, bread maker, and sandwich press.

The kitchen has also been stocked with beautiful crockery, glasses and cooking equipment which really adds to your lunch or evenings when entertaining and cooking. There is a state of the art, modern induction cooktop and oven. The kitchen flows into the lounge room where you can sit and relax overlooking the water views and mountains.

Another fantastic feature is the stunning day bed which has bi fold doors that can open to enjoy those warm days and evenings whilst looking over the hills to the east or water views to the south east with unimpeded views. The lounge room main doors open right up to the views of the water and mountains.

The Tides has a master bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobes and a beautifully renovated ensuite with complementary luxurious Salus soap range. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobes also. Both of these rooms have phenomenal views of the water and hazard mountains from the beds so waking up with this will be very special. The property also has a second bathroom. Across the hall is the third bedroom with one set of bunks for the kids or larger family.

The fully-fenced garden with lush grass is safe and inviting for children to play, while a sun-drenched area provides yet another spot for relaxing and entertaining. Also, you will find a hot water shower outside for when you have arrived back from the gorgeous Richards Beach only 5 minutes walk from your front door.
