Emerald Island Getaway - Pool/Spa Home, 10 mins from Disney!

A luxury large family home, with comfortable modern surroundings. Home from home. Large pool area and spa with outside Television and seating and outside dining. Games room with air hockey and pool table, washing machine and dryer, airer. Genuine 10 mins to Disney, in quiet location overlooking a beautiful lake. A clubhouse to use with communal pool, Tikki Bar, Tennis Courts, and Gym Area, Crazy Golf, nature trails, and volleyball court. Not overlooked by other houses.

We are opposite Margaritaville, and Sunset Walk which has numerous shops and restaurants and is great for nights out. There is a cinema and a water park also at this location.

In order to park inside the resort, each Visitor will be required to purchase a visitor access card for their vehicle, the cost of which is a non-refundable $20. Guests of Visitors will be allowed in the resort but are not expected to stay longer than 24 hours, otherwise, another access card will need to be purchased. For the guests to be able to use resorts amenities, they will need to be accompanied by the Visitor registered to stay at the property. Once completing your booking, you will be receiving a payment link to purchase the access cards. That link will be sent 48-hours prior to your arrival via email provided at the time of booking.

HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.

There is an additional optional charge of $35 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool/Spa heat must be requested at least 7 days before your arrival.


Home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera.
