The house is surrounded by established trees and shrubs, and the outdoor shower is an excellent option for rinsing off after a day in the sand and salt following a swim in the magnificent Papamoa surf.

There is a large family bathroom downstairs plus a separate downstairs shower within the laundry. Upstairs has an easily accessible vanity and toilet connecting both bedrooms.This property also offers generous off-street parking and caters to two cars on the shared driveway.

There is a secure gated and grassed area for pets on the eastern side of the house. For pet owners, Taylor Road Reserve, 5 minutes or less walk away is a popular ‘beside the beach’ dog walking domain. This Reserve can be accessed via Papamoa Coastal Reserve / boat ramp less than 200 metres from Driftwood Retreat.
