The aesthetic dining area is readily set up to enjoy a scrumptious meal with your loved ones, with four dining chairs and a round table that definitely will elevate your dining experience, whether home-cooked or takeout food. The apartment's kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you could ever need, along with cookware, silverware, and dining ware, so you can whip up delectable meals in no time.

Walk yourself to the other side, and this will lead you to the uniquely designed bedroom. Featuring a king-sized bed fitted with fresh-crisp linens, hotel-quality pillows, and a mattress for a good night's sleep, Furnished with an in-built wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, a mirror, and an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional glass table paired with a comfy stool to totally complete your relaxation and perfect for your work errands. What more could you ask for?

We don't forget the toiletries, as fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided in the bathroom for a comfortable stay. There’s a separate guest’s toilet/powder room too!

The Neighborhood:
Al Reem Island is an ideal place to take up permanent residence: the advantages don’t only include the beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf from your apartment or even the resort lifestyle near the beaches, but also the availability of all modern infrastructure facilities within walking distance.

There is a Prime Mart store on the first floor of The Wave complex. The Armaan mini-market is within walking distance of the apartments and the well-known Bite and Carrefour supermarkets are about a 5-minute walk from the building.
Medical facilities include Al Reem Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic and Burjeel Day Surgery Center and are no more than a 10-minute drive away.

Al Reem Island is connected to the mainland of Abu Dhabi by two bridges, and can take 20-25 minutes to get anywhere in the city along Hazza Bin Zayed The First Street. Travel time to Abu Dhabi International Airport will take no more than 30 minutes.

Public transport infrastructure is in the process of being developed. Work on the design and further construction of highways, which will provide additional transport links with the mainland of the city, is also underway.

The Al Ghazal Street/Al Baqat Street bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away.

The following are easily accessible from The Wave by car:
• Najmat Football field – 5 minutes;
• The Kettle Corner, Arabisk Restaurant & Cafe, Vietnamese Pho, First Clique, Eat & Drink Restaurant – 5-10 minutes;
• Reem Central Park – 10 minutes;
• Galleria Mall and Reem Mall – 15 minutes.

Getting Around:
Parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are frequent around here and can take you anywhere in Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi Taxi, Uber, and Careem are also options for booking your private ride.

Food delivery apps or discover restaurants where you may dine out or get takeout, such as Zomato and Talabat. This is a perfect opportunity to support local restaurants while also discovering new places at which to dine.
