Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car .

Great stay - awesome staff. TH6 the heat from sun can be intense - a dark film on the top of glass plate in living room would go a HUGE way in reducing the temp of the room and save on AC. Rooms should be blackout if guest perfer at these prices. Just a suggestion.

great location - close to the beach, romantic zone, gay area, beach, and it’s on a hill so there is minimal traffic. Security is tight so there is a sense of safety. Rooftop pool deck was amazing!

Loved our stay here. The rooftop pool was literally beyond stunning and extremely well maintained. The room is super comfortable and fully stocked, but a little bit small for two couples. It was nice having two bathrooms and the towels were refreshed whenever we wanted. The balcony was also huge and we found ourselves spending a lot of time out there. The hotel is next to the main highway towards the south, so if you have a room close to the highway, it can be noisy. Room cleaning was extremely thorough and Rebeka did an amazing job!! The only problem we had was having guests over. To use the pool, even though it was 630 at night and there was no one in it, the bar staff asked that our two guests pay $800 MXN each to access the pool. Like cmon, it's the end of the day, we're ordering lots of drinks and food and this is the service we got? Totally unacceptable. One thing to note, if you're mobility challenged the Pinnacle resorts will be difficult to access since they're on top of a hill.

There is a beautiful rooftop pool but very limited sun beds and uncomfortable seats in the shade to sit and read . Balcony chairs in the suites are only for a table, not relaxing, However we were in a mountain view suite which overlooked a major highway, so it was extremely noisy anyway. We had to wear wrist bands as visitors are not permitted to use any amenities,. However it would be a very nice property for a short visit and the staff are very helpful.

Pinnacle Residences is a beautiful property with an amazing rooftop pool, lounge and bar. The rooms are comfortable and attractive and include a nice big balcony. Suites on the north side will get a LOT of noise from the highway, but it’s quieter at night and the bedroom was a bit separated from the north windows. While many newer condos have popped up in the area that include more room amenities (like USB ports), the helpful on-site staff at Pinnacle is what sets this place apart.

The staff are amazing, the bell boys, security, pool staff and cleaning, reservations and front desk team are wonderful. The room was very nice, some of the cupboards could use some maintenance and the dishwasher was not the greatest, but there is daily cleaning which was very good! The neighbourhood is one of my favourites, very safe, quite and only a couple steps to old town/zona romantica. The pool is fantastic, a great place to spend the days, the staff are so friendly! However happy hour (530-830) is crazy as everyone from town is welcome to come, and the staff are ran off their feet trying to service all of these people that are not guests of the hotel. The visitors of happy hour are for the most part quite disruptive. This would be my only complaint about this property, with all the visitors during this time period it makes enjoying the sunset at the pool very challenging, there is not enough staff during this point to continue to service the guest and the pool area becomes a disaster littered with dirty cups and finished food as the staff can’t keep up. I think with another staff member and potentially denying the happy hours guest access to the pool, and pool area this problem would no longer exist. The communication with the property was amazing anything I needed they got back to me within a couple of hours of sending emails, it was wonderful. I have stayed here before and I will stay again I highly recommend this property

The Suites were beautiful. And house keeping was excellent! I was denied access to the pool area because I did not have a wristband. The front desk did not give me one when I checked in. They told me to go back down to reception in another building to get one. I believe there was a better way to resolve the issue as I have worked for both Hilton Int and Royal Caribbean Int. It was a bit demeaning.

Pros :This is a beautiful property. The pool is unreal...and watched whales while standing in the pool. The room feels like a condo back home in CANADA, but with beautiful PV views and weather. There is filtered Walter in the fridge door. The bed is like a cloud. And the front desk staff brought me a cake and sang happy birthday to me on my birthday... Above and beyond. Also... This property is at the top of a huge hill... But not to worry there is a little "lift" padt the coffee shop you can take up and down the hill during the day. It drops you off right in the heart of the romantic zone. It helps a tonne after a long day. Cons: Even though the room was empty when we arrived... they would not allow me to check in early (before 3 pm) . I found this quite strange since every other hotel we have ever stayed at in Mexico has not had an issue with this. So they made us sit and wait... After waiting for hours, they finally let us in the room at 2:50. The other thing I did not love was that even though the room was fully, paid on my cc...they still charged a $700 cnd hold of my card. When I checked out, they told me the hold would come off after 48 hrs but it took a full week to come off. That is Allot of money to people are vacation and have lower limits on their card. So please be aware of this before booking this hotel.

Loved the property . Have stayed before and really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it to others. My only issue was that the room I stayed in was above a buildings air conditioning unit and was quite noisy at night. Otherwise the room was very nice and comfortable. They acknowledged my concern with a nice gift as a token of appreciation, however a choice of a different room less noisy would have been preferred versus the gift . Otherwise 5 stars.
