The room was much bigger than we thought it would be. It was a lovely stay, convenient with a kitchenette (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery mini fridge, kettle, and stove available but no microwave) and a perfect shower. It's accessible for wheelchair access. A nice, quiet and private area. Would definitely recommend!

Great location close to station and room was large and clean, didn’t realise we had to pay for parking on street which was a downside to it so extra. Though the building seem to have underground parking and courtyard. Room was large and excellent, but was warm and needed to keep windows open as there is no air conditioning in the room.

Pretty good rooms. The small kitchen was sufficient for our stay, and the common areas were nice to use. Laundry was good, though the machines were a bit slow. Biggest downsides were the lack of AC, I was there during an anomalous heat wave, so the room got quite warm. The 2nd half of my trip was more typical weather during which just opening the windows was enough to cool the room. The pillows and blankets were also not great.

The studio was dimly lit with little ventilation. There was little communication about where to find a fan. The faucets in every sink were leaky. The shower room was great, and the rest of the amenities were great. The staff were friendly.

The only thing that I would have liked to have was a broom for the room so we could tidy up after ourselves every couple days. This location was in a quiet part of town with great access to a couple local attractions and great proximity to the metro and lots of great places to eat.
