Great location and staff, but room for improvement

Pros: Hotel was well-situated and the staff was extremely friendly. We had a good sized room and the pastries for breakfast were delicious! Cons: Sofa bed was not comfortable. Plus, the water from the shower would leak out into the bedroom area.

Helpful, professional and polite staff. Spacious room with comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Great location near Opera. Quiet at night. There's a club next door but it wasn't too noisy and we didn't have a problem sleeping. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone travelling to Paris for leisure.

Cute boutique hotel with great service. Rooms were clean and spacious with an awesome shower. Cognac the cat was sweet. So much nicer than a large chain hotel. And Ronald at the desk was super helpful. So glad I booked this hotel.

Good location & cute little boutique hotel

Needs to keep up the maintenance, toilet leak, missing parts for the shower handle so it's wobble and feels like it can break off anytime, bathroom smells like bugs spray, windows don't shut (when you shut one side it pulls the other side open, no dish soaps provide, dishwasher have lots of white film doesn't seem to come off which makes it looks very dirty. Only have 2 mugs provided but we have like 5 people. Other then that location is great, bed are comfortable and bathroom are clean.
