Trinity Collective is a lovely place to stay! It’s very clean as it is still quite new and all the staff are super friendly and have helped with any questions we had. (We have recently moved from the UK). Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice and well maintained place to stay. Only thing we would recommend to the owners is to run robot cleaning pool at different times other than regular swimming times as this make swimming in the pool uncomfortable. Thank you. Other than that everything was perfect.

We liked this new complex so much, we made a return visit. Staff went out of the way to ensure everything went well again as we had more time to enjoy the outside areas. The outdoor sitting areas are spacey & very well furnished. Special thanks to Maryanne & Kirsten for the favours they did for us. Kirsten was super accommodating & friendly. It’s new and very clean quiet and a mob wallabies outside my window on the second floor! Last room! I feel very at ease because I am a bit of a germs phobic so it suit me very well. I extended my stay and don’t want to leave😍. Rainy weather while I was there! It’s good to come in winter for it’s a mild weather. Summer must be unbearable for me and for some people alike. CBD is similar to Brisbane and Gold Coast feel!

Excellent place to stay for a holiday

We have stayed in a one bedroom apartment though out our stay in Cairns. The whole place was as good as new. All the staff were very helpful. If you are at the corridor at level 2, you will be able to see some kangaroos in the mornings and evenings. Linking Netflix to the TV is a breeze and it will automatically logout once the TV is turned off. Other than WiFi, there is also a land line that can be used to call local numbers only.

This is the best hotel I have ever traveled abroad. First of all, the clean side (we are relatively fastidious Japanese) is wonderful. I was very happy that the janitor who came on the fourth day found the small toys and picture books that my child had dropped and displayed them with a new towel. Above all, the receptionist's personality was the best! (I'm sorry I forgot to hear your name). They were very kind and courteous to our poor English. And they had a great conversation with us. I want to see you again. When I visit Cairns again, I would definitely like to stay. Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic four-night stay at this stunning accommodation. The property is exceptionally well-maintained and beautifully presented. While the pool is compact, it was more than enough for our children to enjoy swimming each day. The shared facilities are also excellent and added great value to our stay. If we have the opportunity to visit Cairns again, we would gladly choose to stay here once more. A big thank you to the staff for being such friendly and attentive hosts!

The property is new. Very comfortable, new amenities from dishwasher, washer, dryer, sofas, beds. I love it. The only downside is it’s in the middle of nowhere, far from trinity beach area, cafe lifestyles. It’s good though for me because I’m doing full time studying online.
