We had a wonderful stay! When you come home from an excursion the calm, the beautiful garden and view and perfect pool are just the right thing! The women at the reception were really friendly and welcoming!

Nice vacation place and great view of the coast

The setting is perfect, the view on the ocean (5 minutes walk) is a must see. We had a small apartment, enough to cook for ourselves and get away from restaurants for a little while. This is a vacation site and it was middle of spring so little action around and too cold for the pool. The setting is very nice.

Nicely situated especially when you are by car. You are quickly in san Sebastián or Biaritz or at some of the neighbouring beaches. But do know there is no Beach in walking distance. However they have a magnificant pool. They have very kind staff who helped us move to another Apartment as our balcony was quite small for 4 persons. Excellent staff and Nice stay

We liked nothing!!!! The sink did not drain, we had to make our own beds, the internet did not work, we had only one towel, our 15 year old did not fit in the bunk bed, nobody to speak to. I demanded a refund after complaining in reception in the morning. I have pictures of the dirt on the floor and the sink filled with water, It did not drain in 10 hours! I suggest that Expedia refuses to pay our stay to this property. The pictures on your site have nothing to do. I have never felt more ripped of in all of my traveling time. The price is out of the market completely! I would not stay for free. Shame this spoiled our day.

Excellent, but be aware of the apartment types

A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos! The complex even has a security guard. The apartment unfortunately tarnished our experience. We were unlucky to get a mid-ground floor apartment which slept a max of 5. We were a family of 4, so we’re expecting a bit more space. These apartments are small: long and thin. Master bedroom had a double bed squeezed into one corner, which means climbing over each other to get in and out. Disappointing lack of sunlight from front and rear. There is an oversized terrace which is directly underneath the neighbours’ balcony. It feels like a tunnel. Ground floor also means security worries leaving windows open during hot nights. This place isn’t cheap, so we felt somewhat overcharged. On positive note, it’s clean, lots of clever storage areas, well equipped kitchen and decent shower. Towels changed once a week, so wise to bring your own. If your apartment is important to you, then make sure you are guaranteed either a corner apartment or a first floor apartment. The booking tendency is Saturday to Saturday, and these bookings take priority. Overall, my family loved it and we had a fabulous holiday. We would stay again, only if we were guaranteed a better apartment.

Un ensemble moyen, il y a pas mal de chose à rafraichir dans le logement dans lequel j'étais (je dit pas qu'ils sont tous comme ça). Le toilette fuyait du coup j'avais un goutte à goutte en permanence (non écolo et bruyant la nuit), les bouches de ventilation mériteraient d'être entretenu (cela fait un moment que ça n'a pas été fait), le pommeau de douche ne tient plus, les chaines télé dans un désordre pas possible, bref un cumul de pleins de petites choses. Par temps de canicule il est dommage que les horaires de la piscine ne soient pas plus flexible (mais je comprends que cela soit difficile à gérer avec les salariés (mais c'est dommage quand même). Le rapport qualité/prix est moyen.

No es posible acercar el coche para vaciar el equipaje, tienes que aparcar en un parking y llevar con un carrito el equipaje hasta la habitación lo cual puede ser un problema si llevas mucho equipaje pues te tocará darte unos cuantos paseos. La casitas son de dos plantas sin ascensor por lo que si te toca la planta de arriba tendrás que subir el equipaje cargando por las escaleras. Respecto al apartamento, tienes que hacerte las camas tú mismo así como deshacerlas y meter las sábanas y las toallas usadas en dos sacos distintos para que se lo lleven además de dejar la cocina limpia. La calefacción funcionaba perfectamente y la casa se calentó enseguida tras encender los radiadores. La chica que estaba en recepción (que para nuestra sorpresa era española) nos atendió perfectamente,nos explicó qué hacer por la zona y nos proporcionó un plano. Respecto a a ubicación es un sitio bonito y muy tranquilo

Adoramos a estadia por mais que tenha sido por apenas uma noite. Lugar limpo aconchegante e organizado. Viemos em época de chuva, não aproveitamos muito o lugar. Acredito que no verão seja muito melhor.

Le site est magnifique et les jardins très bien soignes . Belle piscine ave vue superbe sur l ocean .. Logement correct et bons lits . Nous etions au rez de chaussee et dispositions d un espace exterieur separe des autres logements par deux haies . Nous n y sommes restes que 2 nuits mais garderons un tres bonsouvenir de ce sejour .,
