All was very good. A couple of observations for the property manager: - Towels were barely OK (not felt properly washed), and - Communication (phone number / whatsapp provided was useless)

We had an unexpected delay to our travel plans. Epic Suites was exactly what we needed for a last minute layover. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The communication was fantastic, both prior to our arrival and while onsite.

It was probably one of my favourite accommodations during my 2 weeks in Colombia. Wished that i had found similar type of options elsewhere. The room was very spacious and comfortable, even though there were 2 double beds. Surrounding areas were nice and cozy even though it was situated beside a mall. There were also dining options, tour companies, car rental companies as well as a supermarket along that stretch of road for your convenience. Its located less than 10mins drive to the international airport here. But that means that its a bit of drive from the main city centre areas. Which was fine by me as i only had that one night to stay and had an early flight to catch the following morning. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay. Worth the amount that i paid for it.

Not Exactly a Hotel, but a Mixed Experience I stayed at Epic Suites X Ahead for a recent business trip, and while the property offers some great value, there are important things to consider before booking: 1. This is NOT a Hotel Epic Suites functions more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. There is no staff, lobby, or reception to assist with issues, and the check-in process is entirely online. Unfortunately, this process can be frustrating and time-consuming—I spent hours just trying to check in. 2. Great Value On the positive side, the suites themselves are new, clean, and well-maintained. For the price, it’s hard to find anything better in terms of space and amenities. 3. Noise The property is located right next to a busy highway, and the noise is noticeable even from your bed. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a big downside. 4. Location One major advantage is the location. Being close to the airport and a large shopping area makes this a very convenient spot for travelers, especially those with flights to catch or limited time. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay and don’t mind the lack of hotel services, Epic Suites offers great value. Just be prepared for the challenging check-in process and potential noise from the highway.

Incomodo pero limpio y seguro

Pues en general no fue mala la experiencia, pero de toda mi estancia en Colombia, fue el sitio más incomodo. El lugar es lindo, está bien ubicado, limpio, seguro y demás, sin embargo, se anuncia para 3 personas, con una cama Quenn que sí tenía el lugar, y un sofá cama matrimonial, que no tenía el lugar. Ese detalle me lo resolvieron al siguiente día de manera inmediata, ya que al no tener personal como tipo hotel, pues es más lenta la comunicación (pero el sofá cama ni de tamaño de una cama individual era), sin embargo, pusieron la ropa de cama y toallas faltantes, y la atención del personal del edificio es buena, igual de quien responde en atención el celular. Así que bueno, la sugerencia es que se anuncien realmente con los servicios que cuentan y especificaciones claras (el sofá cama fue a ras de suelo, una persona mayor no podría dormir ahí). Volvería claro, pero solo si fuéramos dos pasajeros.

Tristemente anoche fue nuestra primera noche en Colombia y la experiencia fue horrible, llegamos al hotel a las 8:10 pm y nos entregaron la habitación a las 10:20 pm. Nos acostamos cansados, con hambre ya que a esta hora no había opciones abiertos para comer, el servicio al cliente que recibimos fue muy mala. Hicimos el check in a las 8:20 pm nos enviaron online el numero de cuarto y una clave que no sabíamos que era. En el counter nos dijeron que a pesar de estar pagado, de hacer el check in, de recibir el número de habitacion, no podíamos ingresar hasta que alguien vía telefónica lo autorice, completamente RIDÍCULO después de una odisea y una mala comunicación interna nos permitieron pasar a nuestra habitacion y recién hay nos dijeron que el número recibido era la contraseña para la puerta de ingreso a la habitacion, pero oh sorpresa nunca funcionó, subimos y bajamos cuatro veces, volvieron las llamadas entre el guardia de seguridad y la persona que “autorizaba” todo acá a larga distancia indicando que en la recepción había una llave para abrir la puerta pero oh sorpresa la llave nunca apareció, después de dos horas cansados y con hambre nos dieron una habitación, nos vamos muy temprano hoy completamente decepcionados

Regular con la limpieza la cama no tenia tendidos limpios ni sobre sabana, una toalla estaba sin cambiar y las fundas olían mal. En recepción no dieron respuesta al reclamo de la limpieza.
