This hotel was awesome and so convenient for family travel. they thought about all the details when they designed these suites. The kitchenette, laundry and two bathrooms in unit made our stay so pleasant and perfect with kids. The staff was friendly and so helpful. I’m going to book another Monday when we return to Tokyo. Definitely recommend!!

Great spot to base onself in Kyoto. Helpful desk staff, able to assist with bookings & communication within Japan. Also helpful organizing the baggage forwarding service

Friendly staff. Location within a 10-15 min walk to Kyoto station and Kyoto Tower. It is also close to another smaller station probably 10 min. Loved having the in room washer/dryer and kitchenette. The hotel did provide some laundry detergent so that was great. They had an instruction manual that laid out how to use the combo washer/dryer and the other appliances in multiple languages (e.g English and Chinese) . Would stay here again.
The double beds. Had space underneath to put 2 carryon luggage underneath.
Kitchenette. One hotplate.
Each floor had a different little bronze art piece.
