Great location. All city shops, restaurants and historical sites easily within walking distance. The pool and sunbeds were particularly welcome in the late afternoons on the hot days we stayed there. Fan provided in the room was a bonus (temperatures were exceptionally high).

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat.

The property is well positioned in the centre of town but the noise level from traffic is high as well as music from the bar opposite. The car parking is good but the doors out of the property are heavy to open . Reception facilities are limited and closed for a few hours during the day and for a whole day when we were there. We were booked for six days and the rooms are not serviced and when we asked for fresh towels a firm No was the reply with a come T that they were not a hotel. The room facilities otherwise were good and clean. We had a good holiday in Loches but would pick another place to stay.

La rĂ©sidence est idĂ©alement situĂ©e. Notre appartement ( 1 chambre) Ă©tait dans le bĂątiment moulin, il possĂ©dait une vue magnifique sur la citĂ© royale (notamment de nuit). Dommage que le logement soit vieillissant et pas encore rĂ©novĂ© car les autres appartements dans les autres bĂątiments ont l'air impeccable. Séjour d'une semaine qui permet d'aller visiter le Zoo Parc de Beauval et les Chùteaux de la Loire. Bien situé juste à cÎté de la gare, et avec vu sur l'Indre qui est trÚs agréable. Avec son parking privé, il est aisé de se garer.

Super emplacement, situation apaisante au milieu de Loches. Une trÚs belle expérience. PrÚs du somptueux jardin public et de la cité royale. A 35 minutes du zoo de Beauval. Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  deux pas de la gare, d’un trĂšs beau marchĂ©. Office du tourisme Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, ce qui est pratique Par contre, manque d’entretien. Moquette couloir vĂ©tuste, tachĂ©e, l’appartement aurait besoin d’un bon coup de peinture, pas de hotte dans la cuisine. (Je ne sais pas si c’est le cas dans tous les bĂątiments). La piscine extĂ©rieure serait Ă  amĂ©liorer, le pvc intĂ©rieur se dĂ©colle. Nous avons trouvĂ© la prestation chĂšre par rapport Ă  la qualitĂ© de ce qui est proposĂ©. A noter une trĂšs bonne literie.

CE N'EST PAS UN HOTEL

Ce n'est pas un hĂŽtel : 400 euros de caution a l'arrivĂ©e sans visite contradictoire des locaux et avec une formulation vague de la rĂ©ception concernant la politique des banques pour leur dĂ©blocage ;pas de visite contradictoire Ă  la sortie et pas de notification de dĂ©blocage ! 1 tube de gel douche , 1 rouleau de papier toilette , 1 mini savon pour 6 jours (c'est mesquin),les draps et les serviettes de bains ne sont pas changĂ©s , des lits une place de forme "couchette" (70cm) intenable pour un adulte ,un canapĂ© -lit inconfortable ,local froid , couloir de circulation Ă  la propretĂ© douteuse et ou ,pendant 6 jours nous avons croisĂ© au mĂȘme endroit le mĂȘme chariot de linge quelle que soit l'heure ,je me pose la question des 3 Ă©toiles affichĂ©es .A part cela bien situĂ© , belle piscine ,de l'espace ,un parking . Mais pour l'hĂŽtellerie mauvaise expĂ©rience

RĂ©sidence trĂšs bien situĂ©e, au cƓur de la ville, cependant les appartements dont les balcons ont des sĂ©parations en bois, n’offrent aucune intimitĂ© et ni calme. Il faut vivre avec les conversations de ses voisins. Tbien hors saison avec trĂšs peu de monde.
