Can´t wait to return!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt really well taken care of. It was also super quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep after a day out exploring. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. We were within walking distance to shops and the city center, and there were supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and even a tram stop just around the corner—super convenient. One of our favorite things was being able to head out in the morning, explore all day, then come back in the afternoon for a quick rest before going back out in the evening. It really felt like a perfect home base. We genuinely enjoyed the place so much and can’t wait to return to this beautiful apartment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay in the very centre of The Hague. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine which came in handy after already spending a week in The Netherlands. 2 large bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, and an outdoor terrace which we enjoyed every evening! Would highly recommend Stayci Apartments to anybody visiting the area!

So much space for activities! The place was great and exactly what we needed. Excellent location. The only downside is the toilet is up a steep flight of stairs from the bed. Would have been nice to have a stovetop coffee maker, but not having one just meant I got to visit a local beanery a few times.

Good comfortable stay for group travel.

Stayed in the Penthouse for a stay with friends. Very comfortable and clean, plus excellent communication from Sita in getting us well setup. Only minor issue is the flat got very hot, even after adjusting the thermostat (it seems to reset to a higher temperature) - but fans were provided to offset this. We thought it was very good value for the money.

I loved my stay at the Stayci apartments in The Hague. The Hague is a beautiful city, very easy to walk around and get to the metros and the main sites. Also beautiful just to walk around. The Stayci apartments were in a great location, a block from the church, everything was walkable really, the peace palace, the Escher museum, and various metro stations. Because the metros are so close by it is easy to get to other cities of interest. For me, I easily got to Delft and Rotterdam. The apartment also had a great kitchen with everything you would need for a few days cooking. Additionally a little set of garbage bags, dish washer soap, and laundry soap were left to make the stay easy and efficient and it was very much appreciated. Once in the apartment, it was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend and return!

The online entry to the hotel was a bit difficult to understand. Also, it was not easy to get the emergency help. I had to call the emergency line several times before getting the response. It would be useful to have someone who would respond at least from 8 am to around 7 pm every day.

The check in process was a nightmare. I have never receu3bd the check in information. And when i emailed the property twice, they only ask me to. Heck the spam. But was never there. On tge day of arrival, i received the check un information which was jolly misleading, wrong address. And also they didn't explain that the key is connected to icloud and is it not a digit. But you have to be physically there to work. All this was not explained . I call and take the process word by wird from the receptionist which was very tedious. The flat was not cleaned properly. And the shower inside the bedrom without wall. It was a glass . So anybody wants a shower,, the rest must leave the room

There was a beautiful large patio that had a dining area. From the patio there was a view to the town and streets below. We could walk from the apartment to the town square and restaurants. The apartment was large and nicely finished with 4 beds to accommodate us. It was also close to public transit. The staff was friendly but we were asked to check in by 6:00 pm, as that was the time the office closed, though they said that they could make alternate arrangements if we were later. But we had to rush away from what we were doing in order to meet to get the keys. Also the office is in a different location that the apartment. Plus we were given a check list of items we needed to cleanup before we left, including things like removing bed linens from all the beds and putting them in the bathroom.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht . Das einzige was ich sehr negativ fand war die Lautstärke. Die Fenster haben leider kein Schallschutz und sind Nachts wegen dem Lärm öfters wach geworden.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment, ruhige Lage direkt im Zentrum, super freundlicher Empfang im Office bei Anreise. Leider das ganze Apartment voller weißer Hundehaare und die Terrasse, die eigentlich ein Upgrade sein sollte, war voller Taubenkot :(

Gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung der sanitär Räume. Nicht gefallen hat uns der Lärm abends, bei offenem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen, da alles schallt. Wegen der Wärme kann man aber ohne offenes Fenster auch nicht schlafen. Das Bett war billig und rutschte immer weg, da es zu leicht war. Die Couch war fleckig, die Gläser im Schrank verkalkt und teilweise zersprungen. Stellt eine große Gefahrenquelle dar… die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wenn man ausschlafen möchte, dann wird man entweder von Menschen im Flur oder zugeschlagenen Türen geweckt. Hört man alles, als wäre es im Zimmer nebenan. Alles in allem würde ich hier nicht noch einmal übernachten wollen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Bei Fragen waren die Vermieter schnell erreichbar. Leider haben wir die heißesten Tage des Jahres erwischt, sodass es in der Wohnung über 30 Grad wurde. Zum Glück gab es in der Wohnung einen Ventilator. Die Unterkunft ist in der direkten Umgebung von vielen Restaurants und Geschäften.
