I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially not families. The team was extremely unwelcoming, the premises were unsanitary and the area around the apartment was unsafe. I am very familiar with Melbourne and there are lots of great places to stay, but this was a very dodgy set-up and the staff seemed extremely unwelcoming.

The room was a very generous size, and had a comfortable bed. It was decoratively a little tired, and in need of a spruce up, but it was clean and in a great location. Secure parking overnight for $20 was a good deal.

Room was basic and a bit run down, but clean and comfortable. Parking was very easy and secure. Great option for anyone looking for affordable accommodation near the cbd. Amazing price, especially considering it has a full kitchen.
