It was a very good property.. Didnt realize it was service apartment. It would have been great if they had included some basics like Toiletries as in Hotel like Body lotion, Paste, Conditioner etc.. Kitchen to include basic spices like Salt and Pepper. Overall it was good experience for family with great view s of the skyline.

The staff here were very helpful. The location was very close to klcc and near everything we wanted it to be. The wifi and refrigerator stopped working and they couldnt fix it, it was our final day there and they wanted to move us to a different room. We opted to stay. The free washer/dryer was noce but there was a massive wait to get it done with only 2 machines.

My stay here was decent. The space was great for the value but a bit outdated/unclean. The appliances in the kitchen did not work and there isn’t a hair dryer in the bathroom which was inconvenient.

The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property.
