Great location, super clean and everything was provided. Check in was super easy, they take payments and deposit online via a link. Once we paid the deposit, we received the instructions right the way.

The place is beautiful and the area is pretty convenient. However the cleanliness needs some improvement. We found trash in the bin when we arrived, which gives the feeling that nobody cleaned in between rentals. Also the shower courtains were a bit dirty. Other than that, the property looks well maintained and the customer service was on point.

Was very pleased with the rental. Very spacious, quiet, convenient for shopping. It was safe, clean, lots of space. Very comfortable and feels like home. The only thing that was difficult was arranging the confirmation of where the rental was, how to obtain keys and if parking was available. Messages on expedia went unanswered. In the end I had to call to confirm my travel and submit ID, parking fees and a deposit. I don't mind providing thease details, but it would be great if the rental unit worked with expedia to obtain the paperwork, fees and ID’s ahead of time. It would provide ease for travelling.

I had to call Expedia three times to try and get confirmation about our reservations from fort York suites and surprise damage deposit.. They didn't provide parking as it was stated with Expedia, we got there and they offered us a parking spot on the street for a fee. They couldn't even tell us where the parking spot was...it was rainy and dark already The window in the sleeping area was broken and ajar all night long making it cool and noisy. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The suite was worn and tired looking. Fixture on the kitchen sink was floppy and the bathroom. The only good things were the view and and it was clean.

We had a random intruder force himself into our room which we had to escort him out by force. Security was not helpful as not were they hard to get a hold of, we advised them to please escort the deranged individual out of the building and didn’t after spending nearly an hour outside our door trying to pick our lock to get back in. After notifying the authorities he eventually left on his own terms with no response from security. extremely disappointed

Broken and incomplete window shades on all windows, and there’s a street lamp directly in front of the windows so it was bright and shining through all night. Broken shower head, and dirty laundry room area. You only get 1 key, even though there’s enough to sleep 8 people. Gym listed available, but you cannot use it unless you’re a long term tenant, so we had to get a temp pass elsewhere.

Great location, Room was not in the condition advertised. Curtains missing sections, causing an uneasy feeling as the neighbours could look right into the entire unit at any point throughout our stay. (Black out drapes stated in the property ad.) No bed sheets on any of the beds. (Premium bed sheets stated in the ad) Air conditioning did not work throughout the stay. Windows did not operate, the one in the living room area wide open and unable to close the entire stay. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom. Gaps in the hardwood flooring in the bedroom causing trip hazards for my family. Mystery stains in the bathroom tile floor.

Nice location, but mediocre for cleanliness.

The unit is in a beautiful location a short walk to the Rogers Centre or about 30 minutes to the Scotiabank Arena. The unit in general is in a safe building and has an adequate size for one or two people. Now for the not so great stuff. You get 2 bath towels and 2 facecloths, but that’s it. There is a Keurig, but no pods. There is a can of coffee and filters, but no coffee maker. The batteries were dead in the remote, so no way to watch tv. I was only staying one night, so it wasn’t worth contacting the owner over. The carpet in the bedroom is filthy. It clearly has not been cleaned in years, if ever. The bed is ok, but it’s solid foam and very firm. The pillows suck, so if you’re picky about pillows, bring your own. The window in the bedroom is broken and cannot be fully closed. The blinds in the bedroom are very sheer and don’t darken the room. I was literally only there long enough to sleep, which was adequate, but some things need attention.

I recently stayed at Fort Yorl Suite just for one night and unfortunately it didn't met any of my expectaions. 1. My fob didn't work when we were trying to enter parking tried several times and at the end my husband gave up and we had to convince person at reception to open it for us, which further took him forever to open. Too bad! 2. Parking is so complicated doesn't have proper signage which can guide you to P3. 3. Once we enter the room we saw bugs in our room on the carpet. It sucks because I have phobia of insects and the carpet was so dirty. 4. Room smell like smoke. Someone probably didn't follow the rules. 5. Toilet didn't flush water properly. 6. No help was provided or concern was shown when I asked for some compensation/reimbursment after facing all this. The issues me and my husband experienced faces made our stay so dissapointing. I hope the hotel can provide better experience to future guests. Never going to book it again!

Got this property for a mini staycation with my friend. Staff was easy to get ahold of; place was clean and quiet; great, super walkable location. You will have to submit photos of your license or passport in order to check in, which I was unaware of until 1 hour before checking in - they wait until that time to send you some very last minute check-in instructions, so be aware. I had issues with parking due to instuctions being unclear from both the property owners and the concierge at the front desk - there's a button on the fob to access parking, not an area to swipe the fob itself. Do not go across the street to park, as the concierge told me. Due to these issues the property owners gave me a late check out. The room itself was exactly as advertised, except that we only had 3 full sized towels between the two of us - no hand towels, no bath mat. I was confused by this but we made do. I didn't find the rest of the towels until a few hours before we left, because I decided to do a load of laundry and found all the towels, bathmat, and extra sheets in the dryer. Not sure if this was a cleaning staff error, and I should've clarified if they had extra towels, but it was annoying. The AC didn't work. They tried to get me to turn it on and off before sending a repairman. He comes and says the entire motor is shot, and parts will come next week. I asked the owners for compensation as we were sleeping with the door open so we didn't overheat, but they never gave any.

Where do I start? If I could give 0 stars I would. There was only 1 review when I booked, so I was unaware of how bad this place really is. The issues began the moment we got there. We asked for the parking spot, but they told us it’s $25 per night, when our original booking said explicitly FREE parking, and I even called to confirm that at the time of booking. They asked we send them a screenshot of the original booking stating parking was included, so luckily I had screenshotted it at the time. The 2nd issue we ran into was the temperature in the condo, the thermostat read 78 degrees. We tried turning on the AC, but it wasn’t working. They sent maintenance, but he said the building has the AC turned off b/c it’s not hot enough. They proceeded to tell us to open the window, meanwhile the condo only had a door to the balcony that can be opened, but has no screen door! I explained we cannot open the door without a screen b/c there were so many mosquitoes & insects flying in! They continued to brush me off my entire stay & repeatedly told me someone would call me back but nobody ever did. The 3rd issue was they only had 1 USED paper towel roll and only 1 extra toilet paper roll. They also only provided 4 bath mat towels for 4 people staying 4 nights!! That’s absolutely absurd & ridiculous! Overall they are extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and not easy to get a hold of. I’ve never had to contact the property management so many time in a stay before. SAVE UR MONEY DO NOT BOOK
