This is the PERFECT place to stay in Arcachon. The property has 10 large and very well furnished apartments, is quiet, and located within an easy walk of everything - the beach, the port, and many cafes, shops and restaurants. Incluidng its own - right on the port. The staff could.not be nicer or.more friendly (special mention to Samuel, Inez and Patrick). We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Beautiful apartment above a top- notch restaurant. Our only complaint would be that we never received an email about how to access the apartment and needed to go into the restaurant to find the property manager. No exercise facilitires on the property ( would be a nice touch).

It is not really a hotel, if you need anything you have to text a WhatsApp number and you don’t always have a response. There is no reception desk. Also, you’re expected to clean the dishes and take the rubbish out at the end of your stay. When you pay that much for a 4 star product this should be included in the cleaning.

Concept d’appart-hôtel très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et gentils. La literie de la chambre est incroyable, avec des serviettes et des draps d’une qualité digne d’un hôtel haut de gamme. La propreté est impeccable. Les chambres sont calmes, que vous ayez une vue mer ou une vue ville. L’établissement est situé à environ 20 minutes du marché et du centre-ville. Pour s’y rendre, vous avez le choix entre une superbe promenade en bord de mer ou de jolies rues bordées de belles maisons. Le restaurant est excellent, avec une mention spéciale pour les tempuras ! Petit point d’attention : le canapé-lit convient plutôt à des enfants légers qu’à des adultes. Le matelas est en forme de “V”, ce qui peut rapidement devenir inconfortable pour des personnes de gabarit standard ou plus. À noter également que, bien que l’insonorisation des chambres soit très bonne, le hall étant assez résonnant, la personne dormant sur le canapé-lit peut être réveillée par les portes ou par des passages de personnes un peu bruyantes. C’est une très bonne adresse, à laquelle nous espérons revenir !
