Brigatine vacation with wedding and beach

Low season so the city was quiet. Enjoyed my stay with friends. Nice beach and relaxing.

Oudated - Nice Beach

Hotel would need a major upgrade. Mainly a time share, have to pay for room service. Washroom is tiny and old. Rug is old. Loud music from the restaurant until 11:00 and limited availability of parking. If you only care about the beach ok, if not avoid.

Nice and close to the beach

you have to ask front desk for toilet paper !! is it Cuba or Russia ? we also have to ask for new towels , and cleaning for the room . Can be use by 4 but only 2 sets of plates , silverware etc . Very noisy band and music untill 12;00 (midnight) . so you will not be able to go to sleep early . other than that , beach is great , action in AC is very short distance.

Bad experience in an interesting hotel

Came for Valentines Weekend w my wife. Boiler problems so water was cold and dirty. No showers possible while we were there. Cochroach in the kitchen area. Was told there were no other rooms to move to. Really a poor experience. I was contacted by Elisa on Sat who apologized and offered a 5 day complimentary stay, which she would email on Sun. I contacted her on Mon when the voucher didn't show and she said she would take care of it 1st thing on Weds when she returned to the office. I have since emailed and texted her, as nothing was sent, but she has not answered. A bad experience, followed by a broken committment from a property manager, leaves a very bad impression of this property and its desire and ability to serve thier guests.

Everyone that worked at the property was super nice. You could tell the building is a bit older; however, it was nicely kept and very clean. Could probably use a few more parking spaces, but it is a safe area. Can’t beat that it’s right on the beach. Great choices of places to eat nearby, as well as a CVS, if you need any toiletries. Also a quick drive Harrah’s, the Golden Nugget, and Borgata… Other casinos aren’t far either.
