The room we stayed in needed several items attended to. Hard bed, no mattress topper. Very flat pillows. Bed rolled away when you went to sit on it. Couldn't see tv properly because of shelf

Enjoyed our stay. The 2-bdrm apartment we stayed in had been renovated & was neat & tidy. The road noise wasn’t an issue. The kids enjoyed the pools & spa. Found the location very handy - close to everything.

The pool area was nice, not quite like the photos though. The room had an adjoining room attach, this created issues with privacy/sound. The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortably and staff friendly.

Nicest Motel in Caboolture

It was so nice to walk in & meet reception, I was given the best room at the motel, they packaged a breakfast, had Meals to just heat up in the Microwave & the owner even brought me Desert later that night, it was just beautiful. A great spot to stay if your passing through the area, the price is really value for $ and the service is 2nd to none.

The reviews on this one scared me. I didn’t look before I booked so I was a little nervous after I read them. I can assure you the reception does not smell like smoke or wee. It was clean and no smell. The room was clean and basic. I would say 3 star. The hotel is aged but the pool and bbq area were tidy and maintained. I think if you expect 3 star you won’t be disappointed. I would stay again. It’s close to beach and shops and there is a car park designated to your room and I drive a ranger ute and found the car park easy to get in and out of so not sure about those parking reviews.

Property was quite a distance from beaches and shopping/entertainment precinct. Room was a very small motel like room with no kitchenette - expected to do dishes and remove rubbish but only water was the bathroom vanity which is totally unhygienic for cleaning and kettle filling. Room very cold and air conditioner in need of major upgrade. Would not recommend this accomodation.

Springs in mattress broken. Pillow old and flat. Bed covers were bottom sheet top sheet very torn and warm thin quilt liner with second top sheet on top. Bed foot runner had “white crusty marks”. Water damage under a/c. Receipt in dollars charged American dollars. BIG RIP OFF. Avoid at all costs
