Lovely place - recommend

Very spacious room with good beds. Big bathroom and French balcony. Super friendly person in the reception and a good breakfast on a lovely rooftop terrace. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! We arrived late to the property, contacted property manager on whatsapp who assured that we enter our room safely. Breakfast is something else... very simple, got almost everything you wish, with marvelous garden views. Amazing!

The rooms are located in a nice place. Unfortunately you can't use the terraces as you expected. Breakfast is modest but it is included in the price. Minus that check-out is until 10am and they don't have a luggage storage

Wonderful stay. The owner, Luca was so kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the hotel also had a great balcony that overlooked the city. Hotel also very close to the Leaning tower of Pisa. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Pisa Stay

Very close to restaurants, shops and Tower. The Owner (Luca) went 'above and beyond' to help with parking. He took his scooter and rode around a small area, until we found a parking spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The room was so lovely, beautifully decorated, very spacious, comfortable, very clean. There was more than enough storage space. Location could not be beat. Host was more than helpful and the breakfast had many options. After a long day of sight seeing, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace. Highly recommend!

Magnifico!

Luca and his staff are fabulous. This location could not be better if you are looking to do the leaning tower and the surrounding area. Area is filled with lovely shops, historical sites, and great restaurants. The room is comfortable, clean, and has lovely air conditioning! Should I return to the Pisa area? There is no place I will be staying other than here!

Pleasant clean and quaint

What a quaint little place that we happened to find online That actually matched it's pictures, location, and comfort. We booked 1 room for family of 4, two queen size beds and it was perfect. The location is in direct vicinity to a lot that is happening close to the Pisa tower. It was easy to contact someone as we showed up late and no issue being in. The breakfast outdoor patio was amazing. Great find for us!

Perfect location

The place is easy to find, the location is just a few minutes from the leaning tower The room we stayed in was very large with high ceilings, really airy. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed, a large size terrace with a beautiful view The bathroom has a lovely shower with plenty of towels and toiletries. The breakfast was continental, nice pastries, yogurt, cold meats and cheeses. Again, just right to start the day off The host was attentive and nothing was too much trouble 10/10

Delightful stay in Pisa

We had a large triple room with ample room for all three adults. It is only about 200 meters from the Leaning Tower and other attractions. Just downstairs on the corner is a delicious patiserie, and on the square opposite a lovely sandwich shop. The very helpful and hospitable owner recommended two lovely restaurants, although there are lots of restaurants and bars along this road. We walked about 20 minutes from Pisa Train Station to the appartments, and saw some of the sights along our way. It is about 40 minutes walk to the airport.

Be SURE you make CLEAR plans for arrival as the facility is not staffed 24x7. My room was spacious and BONUS -- it had a lovely terrace. Breakfast was generous and yummy and there was a terrace option to enjoy the start to your dining day. 4-minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. A few more minutes to the Pisa Rossore station. 15-minute walk from main (central) train station.

Amazing location only 2 minutes walk from Piazza die miracoli. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated with an enormous balcony overlooking a small piazza. Generous continental breakfast with fresh fruit, cakes, cheese and cereals in a lovely breakfast room with pretty terrace. Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend
