The resort was nearly perfect. The only draw back was the room distribution , accompanied by seniors , it was very diificult to climb the stairs. It would have been very helpful if one of the bedrooms was in the main floor.

If you like hidden fees then this is your hotel!!

If you stay for one night, get ready to basically pay double for the room. Our room was 120 Euros, however, when we arrived and received our invoice, there was another 70 Euros for a cleaning fee, and another 54 Euros for bedding! Who stays at a hotel or resort and brings their own bedding!?! What a sham! When we complained they simply said it was normal to do this, however, we've just spent a week traveling around Europe and no one had done this yet. Also, when we arrived at 6pm the reception was closing, even though they were supposed to be open until 7pm. The front desk staff clearly wanted to end their shift so they simply gave us an envelope with a map to the resort and went back to closing up. Also, we reserved a chalet for 3 adults, and they only provided toiletries for one adult (they also said this was normal). And if you charge 70 Euros for cleaning, I'd expect to be able to walk around the chalet bare foot and not get my feet dirty, however, this was not the case. All in all, was a money grab of a place to stay. Avoid it! Stay at a simple bed and breakfast, it will end up being much cheaper!

Check in was confusing as we arrived late, an envelope was left for us on a table which were not advised about. The coffee machines use special pads which you must buy at the resort $$$, you can get these in Hallstatt for half the price! A resort map with facility hours would be handy to have in the room. Also, remember all your toiletries including Hand soap as this is not provided, nor is a hairdryer in the room. Room could have used tlc, walls were heavily marked up and one of our pillow covers was stained. Laundry facilities provided on site for 6 Euros, change only. Overall a very nice location, city park near by on lake, great for all ages kids. Small but nice pool -remember to bring your towels as non are provided!

The cottage was very pretty, comfortable and cozy. Although we didn't have a direct view on the lake, we could go to the main cottage to see it and could enjoy a view of the mountain from everywhere. The shower were a little small and the "sun tanning" option in the shower wasn't working (the system was taking a lot of place in the shower, so I said to myself, might as well try it), but otherwise, warm and charming house. The site was great and a lit of activity were disponible. However, good thing we had a car because it would have been very difficult (and quite a long ride) to go from the site to Hallstatt, the distance is something to consider!

Great lodge with Sauna, rooms were all a good size and 3 bathrooms was a massive help. No cost on the local buses if you are a skier. Restaurant good and so is the shop, swimming pool is lovely but needs to be warmer esp for little ones.

Excellent and relaxing!

The resort was fantastic! The location was convenient to other attractions around the area! We have enjoyed the resort so much that we didn’t want to leave. However, one minor thing to note was that the oven lamp couldn’t turn off. So that was the minor comment about the hotel.
