Lovely getaway overlooking the water!

The place was easy to find and away from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed the area, as well. Our host gave us a free upgrade. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, but otherwise you bring everything: don't forget to bring your own coffee!

Our cottage was clean, cozy and well furnished with stunning views of the Canso Straight and causeway. We used the location to both start our tour of Cape Breton and cap it off 5 nights later. We would definitely go back!

Delightful base for stay of several days. Convenient (for Cape Breton) to the Cabot Trail and a small number of nearby, and more than acceptable, restaurants.
