Bright spot in Sunshine Coast.

I’ve never been to this part of OZ. I was so impressed with the location to transit , the ocean, shopping and the view. The room was modern, tidy and supplied for someone for a long stay. If you prefer to cook while away this is perfect for you- Aldi is just down the road for basic groceries at a great price . If you have to compare hotel prices within this area, this will likely be great bang for the buck. You are just across the street from a tourist info centre. The surf club is 5 minutes away as well. Last there’s plenty of windows all with blinds... lots to look out at or vis/versa - just keep your shorts on.

Great Beach Apartment

Verve on Cotton Tree is a wonderful small apartment complex. It was bright and spacious and had all the amenities listed. When we expressed concerns about an inadequate frying pan, we were promptly supplied with a brand new one. The location is excellent for the Sunshine Coast. It is quieter than further south yet only two short blocks to the best part of the beach. The bus stops a block away, making a car unnecessary. And the local information centre is across the road. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend and we will stay here again next time we are on the Sunshine Coast

Das Appartement war sauber und hatte eine gute Größe. Bequemes Kingsize Bett mit weisser sauberer Bettwäsche. Auch die Pölster waren frisch und sehr sauber. Ich bin sehr geruchsempfindlich und so saubere Pölster sind selten.Der kleine Geschirrspüler ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Personal top ! Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut abgesichertes Gebäude. Eines der schönsten Appartements auf unserer 4 monatigen Australienrundreise. Absolute Empfehlung !!! Zum Strand kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.

Loved it!

Beautiful accommodation. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with great views. Great communication with reception on the facilities. Close to food and other services. Walking distance to a number of different beaches and walkways. Great for kids. Spa was well used by lots of people, pool cold.
