I would use this anytime i go nadi. Very welcoming staffs. I stayed for 12 days and i wanted to extend 1 more day. The rate for 1 extra day was quoted was very high so had to look somewhere else.

Found cochroaches in the room. Was there for less than 1 hour before finding the roaches and checking out. They offered us a different room but no refund or partial refund offered. I opted to not taking any chances and found someplace else to stay. Do not recommend this hotel!

This was my first time staying here while my husband had stayed there a few times and talked highly about it. The staff were wonderful (5 stars for them), the room was okay but the property hasn’t been maintained. I couldn’t believe it had been opened for maybe 5 years or so, it’s already starting to look rundown. I was disappointed after hearing such good things about it.

The hotel was okay, but they charged a lot of early check in $75.00 but at least they allowed it - I arrived very early. The hotel could use a face lift as the rooms were tired. Ball of hair in the freezer was surprising. THE STAFF WERE FANTASTIC!

Great apartment hotel

This was my second stay at Ratsun. It’s a fairly new apartment style hotel with great amenities including a washer/dryer. Lots of amenities nearby including a grocery store.

Staff made sure that we had honest cab drivers

All the shops were closed on Christmas Day and the front desk staff made sure that we had honest cab drivers who would take is to the supermarket to find something to cook for dinner. I really appreciated their help.
