Our room was exactly as described. It was clean when checked in and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. While there we asked them for a restaurant recommendation. They made the reservation for us and the meal was very good. Would definitely recommend this property for someone staying in Madrid and want to be near the Royal Palace.

Excellent Hotel Apartment to stay in Madrid. Excellent location. Very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was excellent with very good choices. Rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Very neat and clean bathroom. We checked out very early morning and the hotel staff went out of the way to arrange a packed breakfast for the three of us.

Room with the proper view.

Excellent location. Room with palace view worth the upgrade. It made me not want to leave the room 😀. Primp communication with hotel to address any extra requests or questions. Extremely happy with the property. I would definitely recommend it.

Top Notch all the way!!

It was top notch!! We felt very welcome, and the staff was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. They were so happy to see us when we come back from touring. We had great chats with all the front desk staff.! We also have to give a shout out to the beautiful lady that looks after the breakfast. She was very kind and helped us plan our day to Toledo. The room was perfect! Roof top view is amazing! We are planning to come back for sure!! 5++++

Incredible,friendly, and personable staff. They were helpful with recommendations for places to eat, maps and directions. They made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was great and nicely presented. They even let us in a bit early on our departure morning. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar. So nice watching the sunset over Madrid.
