Great hotel with free parking. Close walk to cathedral, restaurants and bars. Room was spacious and clean. Exactly what we wanted for our one night stay. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, well maintained property. Very close to Elizabeth Gardens which has a great playground for children. Windows are frosted which means it is impossible to get much natural light in without having them open.

Little noisy with lorries going to the industrial area at night but did not ruin our stay. We probably only heard them as we were jet lagged. It was perfect accommodation for what we needed. We would recommend it and will definitely be staying again on our next family visit. The milk and breakfast was a thoughtful idea!

Beautiful apartment and amenities. Located close to train station. All check in and out was done digitally and very convenient. The only negative, checkout was a little early at 10:30. Other than that it was fantastic.

Location, location, location

Great location within walking distance of everything to see and do in Salisbury. We had a larger apartment, it was nicely designed and spacious with a nicely stocked continental breakfast option. Was a great choice!

Highly Recommend!

Amazing place to stay in Salisbury. Sally greeted us and helped us feel at home right away. The apartment was beyond what we expected and was extremely quiet (give that it is right across from the train station). Breakfast food was in the fridge such as yogurt, milk, as well as cereal and plenty of tea and coffee. Hannah allowed us to keep our luggage there the following day before we left to our next destination (Bath) which was so kind of her. Overall.... top rating and would highly recommend this lovely place. Thank you Sally and Hannah!

Great hotel.

Good location. The best feature for us was the free laundry. We stayed 2 nights and did several loads. Full kitchen but we only put pop in the fridge! We sat outside in the garden - very nice.

Nice Place to Stay and Well Located

We enjoyed this accommodation. The apartment decorating was plain, but the bed was comfortable, the breakfast supplies were generous, the kitchen was well equipped, and we were upgraded to a bigger apartment free of charge, as they had one available. The location of the apartment was excellent and parking was provided free of charge.

Brilliant apartment!

I have used Peartree a few times when staying in Salisbury for business. The apartments are brilliant, ease of access and parking on site. The apartment I was in this visit was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Such a great clean little gem - overnight stay

Cathy at reception was so wonderful and helpful. The place is spotless and so so handy. 10 min walk into city centre . Parking space. It really is perfect TVs in both bedroom and sitting room with Netflix. Clean towels and sheets. Thoughtful little bits in fridge. I really can’t fault this place to be honest.

Great base for Salisbury and Winchester.

Very comfortable, well equipped serviced apartment. Convenient for those arriving by train but also has parking (which we used) at no extra cost. We took our dog and he enjoyed the warmth of the flat. Very comfy bed, good bathroom with generously sized walk in shower. Will stay there again.

Really great stay - would definitely return! Clean and had everything we needed in a great location and very friendly staff. Only thing to improve would be another couple of pillows (only had one each and they were very flat)
