Everything related to the hotel was fine. Receptionist helpful in guiding us. Metro stop too far. Overall experience at the hotel was pleasant. Price, reasonable. . We recommend it.

Horrible hotel. Buyer beware!

Firstly, all of a sudden the taxes to be paid tripled. Then this hotel ran my bank card to pay a deposit. After getting into my room, the temperature maximum was 17⁰ celcius and no way to adjust the heat heat. Also, the toilet was broken and unable to flush for my two-night stay. I asked to change rooms but the person at the reception desk ignored me and told me it was not possible.

The location of the property with respect to Paris and the train station was great. Unfortunately the team on ground was not very nice. First was the parking price. I was told it was not 50 Euros as indicated on the property website but 70 Euros. The lady eventually made me pay 60 Euros because I was only staying for 6 days. In the room, the cooking table did not work and i reported this to the team but nothing was done. I repeated this everyday and nothing was ever done. The impression one got was that the reception team could not be bothered.

Nous avons passĂ© 2 nuits 15 min du mĂ©tro oĂč 7 min du train. Un peu de bruit alentour mais ça va. Petit dej pas trĂšs copieux pour 14€ il n’y a pas de fruits dommage. ProblÚme à l'arrivée (aprÚs 21h), j'avais prévenu. Je n'avais pas le code pour la porte d'entrée. J'ai pu rentrer avec d'autres personnes mais je n'arrivai toujours pas à avoir quelqu'un pour pouvoir récupérer mes clés: ça sonnait dans le vide. Enfin, on m'a indiqué au tel comment récupérer mon enveloppe Encore problÚme, le chauffage n'avait pas été mis en route et il ne faisait bon que le lendemain matin J'ai signalé aussi que le frigo ne marchait pas A part ça, tout allait bien
