Lovely location, although it was higher up the slope than expected. So be prepared for a little walk back. Well worth the money !

The views from the apartment were amazing, you could see the mountains. The apartment was very clean and neat. We had 2 washrooms which was amazing for us, as we were 5 people. The necessities were also very handy. Heating system also worked really amazing as it was very cold and chilly at night. The area was very calm and green, restaurants could be found by walking 6-10 minutes from the apartment. Checkin was very smooth too. It definitely lived up to our expectations.

it's quiet

Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings

We had an issue with our check in. Nobody was at the front desk but we got our check in instruction by an email when we left the property. We tried to call the number but they told us that we didn’t have any reservation and we should call expedia to cancel this reservation. Our cellular service didn’t work in that country so we had very hard time to contact Expedia and cancel our reservation. We have to work on this now

Séjour sympa malgré quelques points négatifs.

La résidence est bien, appart vue montagne et pistes chouette bien équipe, propre mais pas nickel (dommage) assez confortable mais mobilier un peu vieillissant. L’accès au centre est un peu long côté route et de l’autre côté il faudrait prévoir un accès piéton plus facile et moins dangereux.. serait super..pour les skieurs l’accès et retour ski est assez facile..le parking, local à ski pratique..et pouvoir venir avec son chien un critère sympa.. Nous reviendrons ..

Je suis malheureusement très déçu de mon séjour à l'appartement Hôtel Pierre & Vacances. Le service et les prestations étaient loin de répondre aux standards que l'on peut trouver ailleurs, surtout pour un établissement de cette catégorie. L'appartement était basique, mal entretenu et la literie... une véritable catastrophe ! Matelas inconfortable, usé et clairement de mauvaise qualité. Le sommeil n’a pas été au rendez-vous. Je m’attendais à bien mieux, surtout pour le prix payé. Je ne recommande pas cette adresse si vous cherchez un minimum de confort Le papier toilettes et également facturer aux clients Étant du métiers dans l’hôtellerie c’est juste inadmissible.

À notre arrivée l’appartement est complet et propre rien à dire de se côté Par contre la vue était très moyenne vue sur un immeuble L’immeuble voisin est collée au notre La literie n’est pas du tout confortable autant le clic clac et le lit de la chambre L’hébergement est très bruyant et très mal insonorisé Peu de service proposé sur place Pas de gardien de nuit L’emplacement à proximité du centre ville et des points de départ de randonnée
