Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that.

Our second stay so knew what to expect. Safe, clean, fairly basic, good value accomodation. Could do with extra seats in the ski locker room and floor was wet.

Easy ski in/out access, with convenient ski locker. Unit was nice enough. Check in/out difficult... reception office is only open a few hours/day. Not very responsive to email inquiries. You must clean the room before leaving... pretty much everything except washing sheets/towels.

The property was basic but clean. Location is not ideal if you do not have your own transportation. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

The views from the apartment were amazing, you could see the mountains. The apartment was very clean and neat. We had 2 washrooms which was amazing for us, as we were 5 people. The necessities were also very handy. Heating system also worked really amazing as it was very cold and chilly at night. The area was very calm and green, restaurants could be found by walking 6-10 minutes from the apartment. Checkin was very smooth too. It definitely lived up to our expectations.

it's quiet

Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings

We had an issue with our check in. Nobody was at the front desk but we got our check in instruction by an email when we left the property. We tried to call the number but they told us that we didn’t have any reservation and we should call expedia to cancel this reservation. Our cellular service didn’t work in that country so we had very hard time to contact Expedia and cancel our reservation. We have to work on this now

Es la segunda vez que vuelvo, todo estupendo, habitación muy limpia, personal excelente a la hora de la entrada, (me facilitó la entrada cuando ya estaba cerrada recepción) en general todo muy bien como siempre y calidad precio genial. Lo único que no me ha gustado es con respecto al servicio de lavadora al lado de recepción, pues había mucha suciedad en la parte de fuera del bombo de la lavadora, no lo pude utilizar, la verdad que todo este genial y ésto no le de la calidad de un servicio.

Apartamento muy bien, precio calidad. Volveremos el año que viene sin duda. Devuelven la fianza sin problema. Por poner algun pero, sería el parquing, ya que deberían mejorar el asfalto de entrada y salida.

La persona que me atendió tiene 6 estrellas de 5. Muy bien. El alojamiento olía mucho a comida, y no estaba bien limpio. La entrada es a las 1700 y la salida a las 1000. De 24 horas son los 1700 en al alojamiento.
