Amazing location and amenities

Very convenient location between San Marco and Rialto! The apartments were spacious and quiet, and had a laundry machine and coffee maker. Highly recommend staying here as a first time visitor.

This hotel was beautiful. Our apartment was the perfect place to stay when visiting Venice. Tons of space, amenities and right next to a canal. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Their directions to the hotel were amazing and made the process very easy. I would definitely stay there again

The beds were the most uncomfortable part of our stay, unfortunately. The room itself was spacious and comfortable for 3 people. However the beds affected our stay a lot, along with the noise. We could hear the people above us. I do have to give thanks to the front desk for being patient with my friend who made a mistake while intoxicated.

The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful canal view. Tucked away from the busy Calle, it has a quiet neighborhood feel. But the most memorable part of our stay was our host, Vanessa. Not only did she give us incredible recommendations and information, she also made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to stay here again

Fantastic

We had the best time in Venice from September 26th to September 28th. Venice is a beautiful city and we had a wonderful stay. This is where to stay if you want to be in the middle of this fantastic city. And than you have Vanessa! The best host you can hope for. When we are going back to this adventure of a place, we are going back to stay right here. Spacious apartment suitable for a family of five.

Excellent Place to Stay

We were pleasantly surprised that this room was actually a 2 bathroom apartment! Vanessa and the other woman who greeted us (cannot remember her name) were so friendly and helpful. The room and location were fabulous, and it was just a short walk to/from the vaporetto. For an extra fee there was a washer/dryer available in the room which was very handy during our stay. The room was in an excellent location near the Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square. We absolutely loved our stay in Venice at the Residence Corte Grimani!

What a perfect place to stay and in Venice. Windows look over a small inner canal! So picturesque! The staff were helpful with any directions we needed and everything was so close. Yet it was off the tourist path. The rooms were lovely and all the amenities of home including laundry. It was in fact a huge apartment, even 2 bathrooms. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard.

Perfect.

Lovely view from the room, huge place, had a kitchen, had a lift, the staff were amazing so friendly spoke English. The location is great about a 2 minute walk to the main square, 5 min from ferry drop off, lots of restaurants… we honestly did not want to leave this place. Could of stayed our whole time in italy here. Highly recommend. Make sure you get a canal view room nothing better than drinking wine watching the boats go by.

Great location, very quiet and clean. Apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. They provided everything we needed, silverware, coffee, pots and cups. Bathrooms have all the necessary toiletry and the showers have a great flow. Building has elevator and the room has amazing air conditioning. Beautiful view of the canal. Staff are very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of great tips and advice. We will definitely come back!

Vanessa is the best host we’ve ever had, hands down! The apartment was perfect in every way, we even had a view of the canal and gondolas. Location was perfect; 1 beautiful romantic bridge away from Piazza San Marco. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, book it.
