Very difficult check in for international visitor without an Aussie phone number! All digital keys which dont always work well. Very frustrating! Also, unaware that construction was going on just behind the building. Noisy from 7am. Otherwise, good location and lovely apartment.

Dance Party till 3:30 AM – It’s YOUR problem!

My first clue that noise and parties are a problem at this hotel is when you’re given written instructions on how to deal with noisy neighbors (think… how often are you given instructions like this when you arrive at a hotel?) Obviously this is an ongoing problem! Well the party started upstairs at midnight and kept on going – music, dancing, yelling. No 24 hour front desk so I called the phone number on the instructions that promised “they would shut the party down”. Guess what? The phone number is not in service! I finally find another phone number off their website but you just get a 3rd party answering service. There is a company manager that lives in the building but he’s had to deal with so many parties that he doesn’t want to anymore. So YOU are told “PHONE THE POLICE”! Seriously? I’m the paying guest but a party is MY PROBLEM!!??? After repeated calls to the answering service she finally calls the guy who lives in the building. He refused to call me back so I could give him details but said the next day that he talked to the people at 2:00 AM and then he went back to sleep. WE DIDN’T! Party carried on until well after 3:00 AM. My request for some compensation was ignored. The suite was beautiful but has laminate floors so there is bad sound transfer. It’s in a great location but if there is a problem… IT’S YOUR PROBLEM! So if you are lucky and you have considerate neighbors you will like it. So… Are you feeling lucky? Well are ya?

Minimal designer pad in a great location

Loved the designer furniture, albeit simplistic. Room was clean and had all the amenities you'd need.

The staff were very helpful and the apartment was well appointed. The decor was nice and the apartment was spacious. We were very comfortable here and would stay there again. In fact we’ve already booked our next stay.

トラムの停留所やスーパーも近くにあり、フィッツロイで遅くまで過ごしても帰りやすい場所にあります。窓が大きく取られていて日当たり良く、インテリアもスッキリまとまっていて キレイで気持ちの良い部屋です。シャワーの水圧も申し分ないですし長期滞在に向いていると思います。
