New and clean!

Very good accommodation; new and clean. Bathroom and shower is great. Bedroom a bit small; tight to maneuver around queen bed. Washer/dryer single unit takes 4-6 hours and clothes still damp. But overall it was excellent for us and managers were very accommodating and nice.

Apart hotel completo

Trata-se de um apartamento de quarto e sala, com varanda, lavadora e secadora dentro de um amplo banheiro com um box grande e uma ducha excelente! Possui cozinha com todos os utensílios. Só tem ar-condicionado na sala. Tudo funciona perfeitamente. A localização é praticamente dentro do campus da Monash, perfeito para nós! Não tem arrumação diária, se assemelhando a um air bnb, mas fazem uma limpeza semanal. Nesse ponto nossa experiência não foi muito positiva, pois o box continha pontos com limo e as prateleiras e armários da cozinha estavam empoeirados, assim como em cima da geladeira, mesmo após a limpeza semanal. O colchão era muito mole, mas a roupa de cama e banho excelentes. Nossa varanda tinha uma vista maravilhosa para o pôr-do-sol. O estacionamento é grátis! Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Sr. Nilantha!!! Foram 10 dias agradáveis.

Not as comfortable as I would have hoped. It was quiet and parking was good. Limited equipment in the kitchen made it hard to cook a lot of our own meals the way we had intended for our trip.

Great modern apartment for the Family. We had our in-laws also and with 3 bedrooms it worked well. The kitchen was sufficent for meal preparation. The apartment is a good drive from cbd but close to M1. Could add a small TV in the master bedroom.

The property itself is absolutely perfect. The staff were warm amd friendly and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the couch and the bed pillows. The couch needs replacing urgently. Hard. Uncomfortable and just enough room for 2 adults. The bed pillows. My 2 were wafer thin and I had to use both to get them to the same size as a normal pillow. Other than that, the bed was comfy. The shower was amazing. The apartment was spotless and there was plenty of parking, with some undercover. A perfect place to stay and we will again.

World class follow up service

As i frequent traveller , this apartment staff is just so professional and responsive. During my recent stay , i found out that dryer is not working . As that is a weekend , and they dun have a technician to get it fixed. So they pass me a enply room key just beside my room to get my laundry done up . And replaced the dryer ,the following monday. My big thanks and appreciation to Yuliana duty manager for all her effort.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. please dont tick the box for parking as parking is included in the price. Staff were confused when i said that i paid extra for a carpark. Staff stated it automatically is included. NOT HAPPY HOTELS.COM😡

Stayed in a 2 bed/2 bathroom deluxe apartment. Felt really small compared with photos online. Overall apartment felt a little tired, scuff marks all over the walls, paint chips, dining table badly damaged, carpet pretty dirty. I probably expected more given the price point and the website photos.
