The location is perfect. Right by the beach with great view from the balcony. The bathroom set up wasn’t spacious. The bathtub also was half open and a lot of water went out.

The room upgrade was not available, we were not offered anything instead of this. The gentlman behind the desk who checked us in did not mention vip status until i asked about it. He showed very little interest in us. The ladies that looked after our apartment were fabulous and very thorough. They even brought a vase for my flowers without being asked. The breakfast was a reasonable price and delicious. The apartments are right next to the boardwalk and the ocean. Perfect location.

Best value/money in town with amazing views

An upgrade to the full sea view rooms is really worth it if you can afford to (or, as a Hotels.com VIP you may be upgraded for no charge). It has a kitchenette and a large living room. Beautiful views, central and easy access to everything. My only complaint is that it could use a complete clean once in a while as the corners/baseboards, etc, were dusty. But this didn’t detract us as we came back twice during our trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aparthotel Puerto Azul. The staff were were respectful and efficient and always willing to help. We enjoyed being able to prepare and cook our own food in the kitchen. The balcony was large enough for us to eat out there on the provided table.

5 Canadians Aparthotel Puerto Azul, Marbella

It exceeded our expectations. We were worried about the lack of parking but with the assistance of the front desk, who suggested where we should park and a little bit of patience, we found parking nearby. I found the staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Great location right on the Mediterranean, breathtaking views and ample boardwalk cafes, made our stay perfect. We were also within easy walking distance to the market. The only downside was that our stay was too short, we would have loved to have stayed for at least a week.

A good value!

Excellent location right on the beach/boardwalk with a small but beautiful swimming pool. The room had a great balcony facing west which offered a nice view of the mediterranean. The room is very basic. The bathroom was nice and recently renovated. The kitchenette needed some renovations and was lacking a few items. Parking is almost impossible on the street - public/meter parking available a couple blocks away. WiFi is available - cost is approx. €4 per day. It is a 3-star but the location, staff and price are making this place a good value.

Asuimme 2,krs studiossa osittaisella merinäköalalla mutta näkymä oli silti loistava.Huone oli trendikkäästi ja kauniisti sisustettu,patjat ja tyynyt hyvät nukkua mutta vaatekaappi oli ehdottomasti liian pieni.Keittiönurkkaus oli varusteltu riittävin perusastioin sis.mikron,leivänpaahtimen,kapselikeittimen ja vedenkeittimen.Kylpyhuone kaipaa remontin.Se oli ihan eri paria itse huoneen kanssa.Bideetä ei ollut ollenkaan,kylpyamme ei ole enää tätä päivää.Ilmanvaihto toimi raollaan olevasta ikkunasta jota ei ollut tarkoitettukaan laitettavaksi kiinni jolloin aamulla oli kylmä. Siivous toimi loistavasti.Asiakkaista huolehtiminen ihan parasta:missä muussa hotellissa kysytään vain henkilökunnalle menevällä viestillä kesken asumisen ollaanko viihdytty ja toivotaan vastausta asioiden korjaamista varten jos joku on huonosti.Arvostan!Hieno idea on laittaa pöytätennis pihalle vaikka ei tällä reissulla pelattukaan!Vuoden päästä tulemme taas Marbellaan varmastikin tähän samaan hotelliin<3

I will return soon…definitely!

Truly a wonderful stay from (early) check in to check out. The front staff is so kind and fluent in English which was very helpful to me. The location could not be better. Steps from the boardwalk and beach. Countless cafes within a 5 minute walk, Old Town only 10-15 min away. An easy Uber to and from the bus station. About $7 each way. I will most certainly be back.
