We had a great stay at Turnau City Aparthotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a short city break. The location was convenient, close to shops, transport, and local attractions. Check-in was a bit tricky at first since there’s no front desk when you arrive, but the staff were very responsive. They replied to emails promptly and were just a phone call away whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Once we got settled in, everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay. A solid choice for anyone looking for a cozy, self-contained stay in the city!

really nice room and good location. We only needed the curtains to be fully drawn, so it was dark. An extra bedside table and a couple of bedside lamps would be good. A little more cutlery would be desirable. But all in all a good experience and nice with the underground parking.

Good, Clean accommodation, however the email instruction was sent to me in Polish to get entry to the hotel. I had requested the email be sent in English - which I never received. Walking to the old town square in the day is fine, but bit much for evening walk home. Not bad stay over all.

Really nice apartment with rooftop terrace, in a good area close to the main railway station. Only small quibble, the mattress was too soft for my liking and unusually it was only 140cm wide.
